In his current role as VP of Business Operations for the San Jose Barracuda James manages the day to day business for the Sharks AHL affiliate including overseeing sales, marketing, social media, game presentation, and the Barracuda PR efforts.
James is a native of Long Island, New York and lives in Mountain View, CA with his wife Anna and their two sons Liam and Maddox.

Ravi is the driving force behind Champions For All, bringing both passion and perseverance to the initiative. Living on the autism spectrum and determined to build a career in professional sports, Ravi has worked tirelessly to earn the education and experience needed to break into the industry.
His career path includes service in government, most recently as a Grant Management Specialist with the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as a variety of roles across professional sports. Ravi has contributed to organizations such as the LA Angels, Texas Rangers, and Dallas Cowboys in Guest Services, and supported Ticket Operations with the Cincinnati Cyclones and Miami Dolphins.
